Weekly Rate:  $2,600
    Family Vacation or Weekly Rental

Daily Rate:  $1,500
    Weddings and Other Events: Includes daily rental of the house and the grounds, and their amenities.  All other services such as catering, tent rental, flowers, photographers, etc. are to be arranged independently, unless otherwise agreed upon.
